Jakob D. Havtorn

I'm an Industrial PhD Student with the Technical University of Denmark and Corti.ai.

I work with deep generative models for representation learning and uncertainty quantification. I'm interested in efficient and robust inference, e.g. using variational methods, unsupervised, semi-supervised and self-supervised learning. I currently put these methods to work in natural language processing applications including speech recognition and large language models.
